**SHADOW REALM AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE** **Effective Date: March 2026** These Terms govern your participation in the Shadow Realm Affiliate Program operated by **Tales of Desire, Inc.** (“Platform,” “we,” “us”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. **1. Program Overview** The Shadow Realm Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring paying subscribers to live Realms or by referring new creators who launch their own Realms. **2. Commission Structure** You earn **4.5% of gross subscription revenue** generated by any referrals you make. This 4.5% applies to: - Fan referrals (subscribers who join through your link) - Creator referrals (new authors or influencers who launch their own Realm) Commissions are calculated on gross subscription revenue and paid monthly for as long as the referred subscription remains active. **3. Payment Terms** - Minimum payout threshold: $50 - Payments are issued on the **15th of each month** via Authorize.net for the previous calendar month - You are responsible for all taxes on commissions earned - We may withhold payment if we suspect fraud or violation of these Terms **4. Tracking & Cookies** - We use a 30-day cookie for tracking referrals - You must use your unique affiliate link for all promotions - Self-referrals and fake accounts are strictly prohibited **5. Prohibited Activities** You agree NOT to: - Use spam, make misleading claims, or use false advertising - Promote on adult, illegal, or trademark-infringing sites - Bid on “Shadow Realm” or creator names in paid ads without permission - Create fake accounts or engage in click fraud - Make any claims about earnings that are not realistic Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. **6. Termination** - Either party may terminate this relationship at any time with written notice - Upon termination, you will be paid any outstanding commissions earned prior to the termination date - All rights to use our logos, links, and materials end immediately **7. Intellectual Property** You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our provided banners, graphics, and links solely for promoting the Program. You may not modify them or claim ownership. **8. Limitation of Liability** The Program is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. **9. Governing Law** This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of **Wyoming**, without regard to conflict of law principles. **10. Changes to Terms** We may update these Terms at any time.
